The art. 136 of the Legislative Decree 81/08 (Consolidation act) imposes on the employer to create, with a competent person, a plan for assembly, use and dismantling. Moreover, in accordance with art. 6, the employer must ensure that, under supervision, scaffoldings will be workmanlike assembled, disassembled or transformed by workers who received an adequate training, pursuant to the plan for assembly, use and dismantling.
