The Ministerial Decree n. 180 dated 18 October 2010 in O.J. n. 258 dated 4 November 2010 established that the training program for mediators/conciliators must last at least 50 hours (in accordance with art. 18 letter f. People who obtained the certificate of ""Professional mediator/conciliator"" (40 hours), must complete this training with this course.
