PTC 15<\/strong><\/p>\n

The socials assistants enrolled in the official register must develop and update their professional skills. Each professional must earn at least 60 Professional Training Credits in three years, of which 15 PTC must be for activities and training events regarding the professional order and ethics. The professional activities of social assistants require a rigorous knowledge of the legislation, an increasing awareness about rights and obligations, a careful consideration of the discretionary areas, and an adequate control of the organisational sphere.<\/p>\n

This course “Professional ethics for Social assistants – 15 hours”<\/strong> proposed by ICOTEA aims to strengthen their ethical assumptions and to improve their decision-making performance. It is intended to provide 15 PTC. This course also deals with some specific penalties provided by the current Code of Practice.<\/p>\n
