In carrying out his or her profession, the lawyer is obliged to perform it properly and to administer justice in the best way possible, for the benefit of the public interest and citizens.
For this reason, the lawyer is required to take care of ongoing training throughout his or her professional life.
The duty of ongoing training was introduced in the Code of Ethics of Lawyers and also regulated by the National Forensic Council (CNF) with regulations adopted in July 2007. In order to fulfill this obligation, the members of the Order will have to achieve the required training credits.
